Træningsafbrydelse / Slut på træning.
Ved mindre end 10 pedalomdrejninger pr. minut, vil elek-
tronikken betragte træningen som afbrudt.
Det animerede hjul er tomt. De opnåede resultater vil blive
vist i dispalyet. Pedalomdrejninger, hastighed og puls vil
blive vist som gennemsnitsværdi med et Ø symbol.
• Tryk på ”DISP” vil starte eller stoppe skift i displayet.
Træningsdata vil blive vist i 4 minutter. Hvis du ikke
trykker på nogen taster eller starter på træningen i samme
periode, vil elektronikken skifte over til standby mode og
vise tiden.
En træningsafbrydelse kendetegnes ved en forsinkelse på
nogle få sekunder.
Genoptagelse af træningen
Hvis du genoptager træningen inden for 4 minutter, vil de
sidste værdier fortsætte med at tælle op / ned.
Recovery – funktionen
Måling af restitutionspuls
Tryk ”Recovery” efter endt træning.
Elektronikken måler pulsen de næste 60 sekunder.
Differencen mellem startpulsen og slutpulsen, hjælper med
at fastsætte en fitnesskarakter ( se eksempel F 1.6) Dis-
playet vil stoppe efter 20 sekunder.
”Recovery” stopper målingen af restitutionspulsen eller fitn-
esskarakteren.
Hvis der ikke måles nogen puls i begyndelsen eller i slut-
ningen af målingsperioden, vil en fejlmeddelelse ”ERR”
fremkomme i displayet.
Genkaldelse af sidste træning
(MEM) med total kilometer (ODO)
Ved at trykke RESET eller slukke for displayet (standby), vil
de sidste træningsresultater gemmes automatisk.

• Minus – (tryk kort når tid fremkommer)
Alle segmenter vises kortvarigt
