Programma’s > vermogen (individueel)
Onder “vermogen (individueel)” bevinden zich 5 trainingsprofielen. Deze kunt u qua duur, lengte
en intensiteit wijzigen.
Het bewerken (aanpassen) van de profielen wordt op pagina 14 beschreven.
Programma’s > HRC (manueel)
Onder “HRC (manueel)” bevinden zich twee trainingsprogramma’s: “HRC count up” en “HRC
count down”. In beide programma’s wordt een doelpolsslag door vermogenregeling bereikt
en via de trainingsduur behouden. De doelpolsslag wordt of uit uw programmeringen in menu:
programmeringen > polsslagprogrammeringen overgenomen of als er geen gegevens
aanwezig zijn met 130 voorgegeven. Bij “HRC count up” tellen de waardes op, bij “count
down” tellen de waardes terug, die u programmeert of uit uw programmeringen in het menu:
programmeringen > trainingswaardes overgenomen werden.
Aanwijzing:
Programma’s > HRC (vast)
Onder “HRC (vast)” bevinden zich 5 trainingsprofielen, die zich door duur en intensiteit onder-
scheiden. In de programma’s worden wisselende doelpolsslagen door vermogenregeling
bereikt. De profielhoogte van het programma richt zich naar de programmeringen van uw maxi-
male polsslag in het menu: programmeringen > polsslagprogrammeringen. Bij ontbre-
kende gegevens wordt 50 jaar en 170 maximale polsslag aangenomen.
Programma’s > HRC (individueel)
Onder “HRC (individueel)” bevinden zich 3 trainingsprofielen. Deze kunt u qua duur en intensi-
teit wijzigen.
Het aanpassen wordt op pagina 17 beschreven.
