1 Doe de melk en de yoghurt in de
beker. Voeg vervolgens de banaan
en abrikozen toe. Goed schudden
vóór u de blender inschakelt.
2 Schakel 5 seconden naar ‘low’
(laag) en vervolgens 25 seconden
naar 'high' (hoog).

2 ijsblokjes

25 ml appelsap
75 g frambozen
40 g bramen
1 Doe de cranberrysap en appelsap in

bessen toe.
