2 kostky ledu

60 ml odstředěného mléka

50 g nízkotučného jogurtu

50 g banán, rozkrojený na 2cm

plátky

75g jablko, nakrájené na 2cm

kousky

5 ml pšeničného klíčku

5 ml řídkého čirého medu

1 Do nádoby vložte kostky ledu,

mléko a jogurt. Potom přidejte

banán, jablko a pšeničný klíček.

Před mícháním nádobu dostatečně

protřepte.

2 Rychlost přepněte na „low“

(pomalá) na 5 sekund, potom na

„high“ (vysoká) na 20 sekund.

Zkontrolujte sladkost a případně

přidejte med.

Směs červeného grepu

a ovesných vloček

1 porce (250ml)

150 ml šťávy z červeného grepu

50 ml přírodního plnotučného

jogurtu

50 g banán, rozkrojený na 2cm

plátky

1 polévková lžíce ovesných vloček

1 polévkové lžíce čirého řídkého

medu

1 Do nádoby vložte šťávu z grepu a

jogurt. Potom přidejte banán a

ovesné vločky. Před mícháním

nádobu dostatečně protřepte.

2 Rychlost přepněte na „high“

(vysoká) a přístroj nechejte běžet

15 sekund. Zkontrolujte sladkost a

případně přidejte med.

Ořechově-banánové

povzbuzení

1 porce (250ml)

75 ml polotučného mléka

115g nízkotučného jogurtu s

lískovými oříšky

50 g banán, rozkrojený na 2cm

plátky

3 zralé meruňky, nakrájené na 1cm

kousky

1 Do nádoby vložte mléko a jogurt.

Potom přidejte banán a meruňky.

Před mícháním nádobu dostatečně

protřepte.

2 Rychlost přepněte na „low“

(pomalá) na 5 sekund, potom na

„high“ (vysoká) na 25 sekund.
