• De batterij niet omgekeerd laden of aansluiten!
De batterij heeft positieve en negatieve polen. Als de batterij niet soepel kan
worden aangesloten op een lader of bedieningsapparaat, forceer deze dan
niet en controleer de polariteit van de batterij. Als de batterij omgekeerd op
de lader is aangesloten, wordt deze omgekeerd geladen wat kan leiden tot
abnormale chemische reacties. Er kan hitte- of rookvorming, breuk of brand
bij de batterij ontstaan.
• Een gebroken en lekkende batterij niet aanraken!
Als de elektrolytvloeistof van de batterij in uw ogen terechtkomt, spoel uw
ogen onmiddellijk uit met zoet water zonder in uw ogen te wrijven. Ga
onmiddellijk naar het ziekenhuis. Als u geen actie onderneemt, kan dit
leiden tot problemen met uw ogen.
• De batterij niet langer opladen dan de gespecificeerde duur!
Als de batterij nog niet volledig is opgeladen, zelfs als de vastgestelde duur
is verstreken, stopt u het opladen. Er kan hitte- of rookvorming, breuk of
brand bij de batterij ontstaan.
• De batterij niet in een magnetron of hogedrukhouder plaatsen!
Er kan hitte- of rookvorming, breuk of brand bij de batterij ontstaan.
• Gebroken en lekkende batterijen uit de buurt van vuur houden!
Als de batterij lekt (of een onaangename geur afgeeft), verwijder deze dan
onmiddellijk uit brandbare omgevingen. Elektrolyt dat uit de batterij lekt kan
vlam vatten en kan leiden tot rookvorming, breuk of brand bij de batterij.
• Geen afwijkende batterij gebruiken!
Als de batterij een onaangename geur afgeeft, een andere kleur heeft,
vervormd is of anderszins afwijkend overkomt, verwijder deze dan uit de
lader of het bedieningsapparaat en gebruik de batterij niet. Er kan hitte- of
rookvorming, breuk of brand bij de batterij ontstaan.
