retning med uret, indtil det låser .
Minihakkeren kan ikke virke,
medmindre skålen og låget
sidder rigtigt på plads.
4 Tænd for apparatet ved konstant at
trykke kontrolknappen halvvejs ned
for hastighed 1 og helt ned for
hastighed 2.
Alternativt kan man bruge en
impulsfunktion, som tænder for
motoren og holder den i gang, så
længe knappen holdes nede.
5 Anvend ovenstående
fremgangsmåde til at fjerne låget,
kniven og skålen.
tips
VIGTIGT - Når man tilbereder mad
til babyer og småbørn, skal man altid
kontrollere, at ingredienserne er
grundigt blendet, før maden gives til
barnet.
Når der blandes flydende
ingredienser, må skålen ikke
være mere end 1/2 fuld.
Når man behandler tunge
ingredienser, skal man undgå, at
motoren arbejder kontinuerligt
længere end 10 sekunder ad gangen
uden pause.
Pas på ikke at behandle visse
ingredienser for meget. Stop og
kontrollér konsistensen hyppigt.
Forskellige krydderier som f.eks.
kryddernelliker, dildfrø og kommen
kan have en skadelig virkning på
minihakkerens plastikmateriale og
bør ikke behandles i den.
For at sikre ensartet behandling skal
man stoppe maskinen og skrabe
maden ned ad siderne med en
plastikspatel.
Det bedste resultat opnås ved at
hakke små mængder ad gangen.
Skær maden i små stykker. En stor
mængde eller store stykker kan give
ujævne resultater.
Før man hakker nødder, rasp mv.,
skal man sørge for, at både maden
og kniven, skålen og låget er helt
tørre.

Fransk dressing
1,25 ml/1/4 tsk salt
en knivspids peber
1,25 ml/1/4 tsk sennepspulver
1,25 ml/1/4 tsk sukker
15 ml/1 spsk eddike
30 ml/2 spsk salatolie
Kom alle ingredienserne i
minihakkeren og bland godt.
Anvendes efter ønske. Bemærk:
Olien skiller ad, når dressingen har
stået et stykke tid, så det kan blive
nødvendigt at piske den lidt
sammen, lige før den skal bruges.
Røget makrelpaté
50 g røget makrel
25 g flødeost
salt, peber og citronsaft (evt.)
Kom makrellen i minihakkeren og
hak den godt. Skrab fisken ned ad
siderne, tilsæt flødeost samt salt,
peber og evt. citronsaft. Blend til en
jævn paté.
Avocadodip
1/2 moden avocado (skåret i 1 cm
terninger)
1/2 fed hvidløg
50 g naturlig, græsk yoghurt
1-2 duske frisk dild, hakket groft
Kom alle ingredienserne i skålen og
blend til en jævn dip.
