Gedroogde oregano 2 theel 1 theel
Mozzarella, gesneden 280 g 140 g
Verse pruimtomaten, 8 4
grof gehakt
Gele paprika, van zaden 1 ½
ontdaan en in dunne
repen gesneden
Groene paprika, van zaden 1 ½
ontdaan en in dunne
repen gesneden
Champignons, in plakjes 100 g 50 g
gesneden
Dolcellate-kaas, in kleine 100 g 50 g
stukjes gesneden
Parmaham, in stukken 100 g 50 g
gescheurd
Vers geraspte 50 g 25 g
Parmezaanse kaas
Verse basilicum- blaadjes 12 6
Zout en versgemalen
zwarte peper
Olijfolie 2 el 1 el
1 Keer het deeg aan het eind van de cyclus om op een
licht bebloemd oppervlak. Sla het deeg voorzichtig
terug. Rol het uit in een cirkel van 30 cm en plaats die
op het voorbereide bakblik.
2 Verwarm de oven voor op 220 °C / 425 °F / gasstand
7. Smeer de zongedroogde tomatenpasta over de
pizzabodem. Strooi de oregano erover en leg daar
tweederde van de mozzarella op.
3 Garneer met de tomaten, paprika's, champignons,
dolcellate-kaas, Parmaham, de rest van de mozzarella,
Parmezaanse kaas en basilicumblaadjes. Strooi peper
en zout over de pizza en giet de olijfolie erover.
4 Bak 18-20 minuten of tot de pizza goudbruin is en dien
hem onmiddellijk op.
