Per la crosta:
Tuorlo d’uovo sbattuto con 15 ml 1
(3 cucchiaini) di acqua
Semi di sesamo e semi di papavero, facoltativi
1 Al termine del ciclo, capovolgere l’impasto su un piano
di lavoro leggermente spolverizzato con farina. Lavorare
piano l’impasto e dividerlo in 12 pezzi uguali.
2 Dopo averli formati, basterà lasciare lievitare
definitivamente l’impasto e poi cuocere i panini in un
forno tradizionale.
