3 Apriete un extremo del tubo para
sellarlo. Ponga un poco de relleno
(no demasiado) dentro del otro
extremo y séllelo.
4 Fríalo con abundante aceite caliente
(190°) durante unos 6 minutos o
hasta que esté bien dorado.

1 Afloje la tuerca de cierre
manualmente o con la llave µ y
desmonte la picadora. Lave todas
las piezas en agua caliente con
jabón y séquelas. No lave
ninguna pieza en el
lavavajillas. En ningún caso utilice
una solución a base de sosa.
2Vuélvala a montar.
3 Limpie las pantallas con aceite
vegetal, envuélvalas en papel
resistente a la grasa para evitar que
se descoloreen o se oxiden.
4 Coloque la picadora en la caja de
almacenamiento y tape con la
bandeja.
5 Puede sacar la tapa del empujador y
guardar los accesorios para
embutidos y “kebbe” dentro.
