1 Följ något av småkaksrecepten

2Ta bort formskivan från
kakmunstycket. Sätt ihop
pastamaskinen med kakmunstycket.
De båda skårorna i munstycket ska
vara på vardera sidan. Montera
tillsatsen på köksmaskinen. (Kniven
ska inte monteras.)
3 Skjut in formskivan i skårorna på
vardera sidan av munstycket och
skjut den så att önskad form
kommer i mitten av hålet.
grundrecept för
småkakor
150 g mjukt matfett
150 g socker
2 små ägg, uppvispade
300 g vetemjöl, siktat
Rör fettet och sockret i en skål med
K-spaden tills det är vitt och pösigt.
Vispa ner äggen och vik sedan in det
siktade mjölet. Kör blandningen
genom tillsatsen med önskad
formskiva monterad och kapa
längderna i lämplig storlek. Lägg
kakorna på en smord plåt och
grädda mitt i varm ugn, 190°C, i ca
10 minuter eller tills de har fått färg.
Låt svalna på galler.
chokladkakor
125 g mjukt matfett
200 g socker
2 små ägg, uppvispade
250 g vetemjöl

siktat tillsammans
25 g kakaopulver
Följ metoden för vanliga kakor.
När kakorna har kallnat kan de
dekoreras genom att doppas i smält
choklad och pudras med florsocker.
