Opción de menú
Presione la opción de menú (MENU) para moverse al sous-vide o al menú de cocci-
ón lenta.
Pantalla de menú de cocción
Una lámpara de control muestra el menú respecvo. Elija entre el menú SOUS VIDE
con temperaturas entre 40°C y 90°C o el menú de cocción lenta (Slow Cook) con
función de bajo, alto o mantener caliente automáco (auto-mantener caliente).
Pantalla de temperatura y empo
Después de haber elegido el método de preparación, usted puede corregir la tem-
peratura (TEMP) o empo (TIME) con las echas ( ).
Opción Iniciar/Parar
Para iniciar el proceso de preparación, presione el botón iniciar (START). Para nali-
zarlo, mantenga presionado el botón cancelar (CANCEL).
Panel de pantalla LED
Muestra el empo de cocción o el empo transcurrido de la función mantener-ca-
liente.
Opción Encendido/Apagado
Para encender y apagar el aparato. Siempre apague el aparato antes de desenchu-
far el cable de alimentación.
