Noz
200 g de açúcar 300 ml de leite 200 ml de nata 2 ovos 100 g de nozes 2 colheradas de
licor de casca de noz
Moa as nozes, junte o açúcar e o ovo e bate o conjunto até a mistura tornar-se clara. Junte os
outros ingredientes, misture bem e encha o recipiente refrigerante com a preparação.
Gelados com álcool
Para preparar gelados a base de bebidas alcoólicas, são precisos mais 10-15 minutos.
Champanhe
125 g de açúcar 300 ml de nata 400 ml de Champanhe ou vinho espumante
Dissolva o açúcar no Champanhe, junte a nata e encha o recipiente refrigerante com a
preparação.
Menta
100 g de açúcar 250 ml de leite 250 ml de nata 250 ml de licor de menta sumo de 1½
limão
Misture o sumo de limão com o açúcar até a mistura ficar homogénea. Junte os outros
ingredientes, misture bem e encha o recipiente refrigerante com a preparação.
Uísque
100 g de açúcar 250 ml de leite 300 ml de nata 1 ovo 85 ml de uísque 1 casquinha de
limão
Bate o ovo e o açúcar, junte a casquinha de limão (para dar gosto), o leite, a nata, o licor,
misture bem e encha o recipiente refrigerante com a mistura.
Cidra
100 g de açúcar 450 ml de leite 300 ml de xarope de cidra
Misture o açúcar e o leite, junte o xarope de cidra, misture bem e encha o recipiente
refrigerante com a preparação.
Sorvetes
Para preparar sorvetes a base de bebidas alcoólicas, são precisos mais 10-15 minutos.
Aconselhamos a que tire os sorvetes do recipiente refrigerante no momento de os servir
porque derretem rapidamente.
Champanhe
100 g de açúcar uma garrafa de Champanhe ou vinho espumante
Dissolva o açúcar no Champanhe e encha o recipiente refrigerante com a preparação.
Brande
100 g de açúcar 400 ml de água 3 limões 180 ml de brande
Junte o sumo dos 3 limões aos ingredientes, misture bem e encha o recipiente refrigerante
com a preparação.
Morango
150 g de açúcar 400 g de morangos 1 limão 2 colheradas de xarope de romã
Triture os morangos, junte o sumo dos limões e os outros ingredientes. Misture bem e encha o
recipiente refrigerante com a preparação.
Pêssego
150 g de açúcar 400 g de polpa de pêssego 1 limão
Triture a polpa dos pêssegos, junte o sumo de limão e o açúcar. Misture bem e encha o
recipiente refrigerante com a preparação.
