Gelados
Baunilha
100 g de açúcar 250 ml de leite 250 ml de nata 2 ovos 1 saqueta de baunilha
açucarada
Bate os ovos com o açúcar até que a mistura fique espumosa. Junte o leite e a nata, misture
bem e encha o recipiente refrigerante com a preparação.
Málaga
200 g de açúcar 350 ml de leite 200 ml de nata 2 claras de ovo 100 g de passas de uva
um pouco de rum
Lave as passas de uva e macere-as no rum (devem ficar dentro do rum). Bate o ovo com o
açúcar, junte o leite e a nata, misture bem e encha o recipiente refrigerante com a
preparação. No final da preparação, junte as passas de uva e o rum.
Avelã
250 g de açúcar 400 ml de leite 2 ovos 100 g de chocolate preto 50 g de avelãs sem
casca uma pitada de baunilha
Triture o chocolate e misture os pedaços com um pouco de leite e a baunilha num recipiente.
Coze o conjunto num banho-maria. Bate os ovos com o açúcar, junte o resto do leite e o
chocolate fundido (deve ser arrefecido). Junte as avelãs, misture bem e encha o recipiente
refrigerante com a preparação.
Limão
250 g de açúcar 300 ml de leite 300 ml de nata 4 limões 1,5 colheradas de xarope de
limão
Esprema os limões e misture o sumo com o açúcar e o xarope de limão, junte os outros
ingredientes. Bate energicamente até a preparação ficar densa e uniforme e encha o
recipiente refrigerante com o conjunto.
Banana
150 g de açúcar 150 ml de leite 300 g de polpa de banana um pouco de sumo de limão
Descasque as bananas e corte-as em pequenos pedaços, junte o sumo de limão e o açúcar.
Misture e junte o leite, misture bem e encha o recipiente refrigerante com a preparação.
Chocolate
200 g de açúcar 400 ml de leite 200 ml de nata 2 ovos 100 g de chocolate preto
Triture o chocolate e misture os pedaços com um pouco de leite e a baunilha num recipiente.
Coze o conjunto num banho-maria. Bate os ovos com o açúcar, junte o resto do leite e o
chocolate fundido (deve ser arrefecido), misture bem e encha o recipiente refrigerante com
a preparação.
Mirtilo
200 g de açúcar 250 ml de nata 400 g de mirtilos congelados ½ limão
Descongele os mirtilos a temperatura ambiente, deixe-os no próprio sumo, junte o sumo de
limão, a nata e o açúcar. Misture bem os ingredientes até a preparação ficar consistente e
encha o recipiente refrigerante.
Morango
150 g de açúcar 250 ml de leite 200 ml de nata 2 ovos 300 g de morangos maduros
Bate os ovos e o açúcar, junte os morangos cortados em pedaços e os outros ingredientes.
Misture bem e encha o recipiente refrigerante com a preparação.
