3. While remove the blade from the bowl, please hold the upper part of the blade with one hand, and
release the nut anticlockwise with the other hand. The blade is very sharp. Please handle it with
care!
HOW TO MIX FOOD
Please follow the steps:
1. Install the blade, and then install the bowl on the main appliance.
2. Put the food in the bowl.
3. Then cover the bowl lid.
4. Turn the bowl lid until it is locked in position. And put the measuring cup on the bowl lid.
5. Plug in the appliance.
6. Set the time (less than 1hour) you need, select the speed (1-10). The appliance starts to working
and the timer is counting down. If you skip the timer setting, the timer is counting.
7. Sound “Beep” will be heard while the working time is left 5 seconds.
8. After you finish the operation, the light of LCD display is flashing. The light will be off in 5 minutes.
9. After use, unplug the main appliance. Remove the bowl from the bowl socket; take off the chopping
bowl lid.
10. Take out the processed food from the bowl.
Caution:
1. The blade is very sharp. Handle it with care.
2. Only hold the upper part of the blade!
3. For processing the hard food such as coffee beans and almond, don’t chop it longer than 40
seconds. And rest the appliance at least 10 minutes before the next operation.
HOW TO MAKE DOUGH
The blade is perfectly suited for such as making biscuit paste, sponge cake dough etc.
Please follow the steps:
1. Install the blade, and then install the bowl on the main appliance.
2. Add the food in the bowl.
3. Then cover the bowl lid.
4. Turn the bowl lid until it is locked in position. And put the measuring cup on the bowl lid.
5. Plug in the appliance.
6. Set the time and the speed (1-4) according to the recipes. The appliance starts to working and the
timer is counting down. If you skip the timer setting, the timer is counting.
7. Sound “Beep” will be heard while the working time is left 5 seconds.
8. After you finish the operation, the light of LCD display is flashing. The light will be off in 5 minutes.
9. After use, unplug the main appliance. Remove the chopping bowl lid.
10. Take out the food from the bowl.
Caution:
1. The maximum of kneading dough is 0.8Kg. Don’t make the dough more than 0.8Kg.
2. Caution: The blade is very sharp! Don’t take out the dough by hand!
HOW TO HEAT FOOD
The appliance is perfectly suited for preparing some food, such as cooking baby food, risotto,
marmalade, vegetable soup etc.
Please follow the steps:
1. Install the blade, and then install the bowl on the main appliance.
2. Add the food in the bowl.
3. Then cover the bowl lid.
4. Turn the bowl lid until it is locked in position. And put the measuring cup on the bowl lid.
5. Plug in the appliance.
6. Set the time (less than 1hour) you need.
7. Set the temperature (30

C-120
o
C). Caution: The set temperature must be higher than the
temperature of food in the bowl.
8. And then select the speed (1-4). The appliance starts to working and the timer is counting down.
