IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the appliance.
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use. Keep out of reach of children or
incompetent persons.
From time to time check the cord for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or appliance
show any signs of damage.
Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions.
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid for any reason whatsoever. Never
place it into the dishwasher.
Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
Should the cord be damaged, it must be replaced by a competent qualified service

Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry environment.

Always position the heater in such a way that inflammable materials cannot be ignited. Ensure
at all times that the unit is placed solidly on its base legs. Make sure that the air inlet openings
underneath the unit are not blocked.
Do not touch the housing or any of the air outlet grilles, as they become hot during operation.
Do not allow the power cord to touch any hot part of the appliance.
Do not operate the heater near any inflammable or explosive materials or vapour.
To avoid any risk of fire, do not cover the heater (ex. With clothes).
Do not leave the heater unattended during operation and keep children away. Hazards may
occur, for instance when touching the heater or knocking it over, or as a result of inappropriate
positioning.
Do not insert any objects through the grille or into the interior of the appliance.
Always switch off and remove the plug from the wall socket after use, and also in case of any
malfunction and during cleaning. Do not attempt to remove the plug from the wall socket with
wet hands.
Do not operate the heater if the unit or the power cord show any signs of damage.
No responsibility is accepted if damage results from improper use, or if these instructions are not
complied with.
In order to comply with safety regulations and to avoid hazards, repairs of electrical appliances
must be carried out by qualified personnel, including the replacement of the power cord. If
repairs are needed, please send the appliance to one of our customer service departments.
Do not use this appliance for other than its designed purpose.
Select a position at least 1 metre away from combustibles.
Do not locate this appliance near wall sockets.
Always switch the unit off at the power point when not in use.
Do not use double adapters or other appliances connected to an adapter with heater. Do not cover
and move the appliance.
Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
