• River (Rivière) : dernière carte retournée avant le dernier tour de mise.

• Small blind (Petite blind) : mise obligatoire placée par le joueur à gauche

du donneur.

• Set (Brelan) : trois cartes de même rang.

• Showdown (Abattage) : moment où les joueurs

encore en jeu comparent leurs mains.

• Slow-play (Sous-jouer) : avoir une bonne main

et miser faiblement aﬁ n d’inciter les autres

joueurs à rester et à miser davantage lors des

prochains tours.

• Suited (Assorti) : cartes de la même couleur,

comme par exemple deux cœurs.

• Tell : comportement pouvant trahir le joueur

• Tight (Prudent/serré) : joueur

ne jouant que les mains très

fortes.

• Turn (Tournant) : quatrième
