Apple Pie
(Serves: 6)
Ingredients
Base:
450 g of pastry for tarts
Filling:
500g apples, peeled and cut into medium-sized pieces
1 pinch of cloves
5 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
50g raisins
70g caster sugar
Garnish:
1 beaten medium size egg
20g caster sugar
Preparation
1) Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2) For the Base:
Remove the dough from the packaging following the instructions and place it on a
baking sheet circular (including the height of the edges) taking a little ‘of dough part
to be cut into strips and decorate the cake.
3) For the Filling
Combine all ingredients, stir and pour the mixture into the pan over the base.
4) For the garnish:
Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
5) Bake in oven for 25-35 minutes halogen.
6) Serve still hot accompanied with vanilla ice cream.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before cleaning, make sure the machine is not operating.
Pull the plug out of the socket and ensure that the machine is cool.
All parts, except the cover and the plastic base, can be washed in a dishwasher. To
protect the metal parts and plastic, do not use detergents or abrasive sponges.
The outer surface of the control panel to control temperature / time can be cleaned
with a soft cloth. The oven is also equipped with a special system of self-cleaning,
which is accessed by the control knob of the temperature, to be used to clean the glass
