8. PROBLEM SOLVING
Problem Cause Solution
The air condi-
tioner doesn’t
work.
Check the power connection. Insert correctly the power cable in the main socket.
Check that the water level indicator lights up. Empty the drain container by removing the rubber
cap.
Check the room temperature. The operating temperature range is 5-35 ° C.
The air condi-
tioner works
at reduced
efficiency.
Check if the air filter is dirty. If necessary clean the air filter.
Check if the air hose is blocked. Clean if blocked.
Check if the door or window in the room
is open.
Close the door and the windows.
Check that the desired operating mode is
selected and that the temperature is set
correctly.
Set the desired mode and temperature using the
manual.
The drain hose is disconnected. Make sure that the drain hose is firmly fixed.
Water leak.
Overflow when moving the unit. Empty the water tank before moving the conditioner.
Check if the drain hose is bended or turned. Straighten the pipe to avoid the presence of an
obstruction.
Excessive noise.
Check that the unit is positioned correctly. Place the conditioner on horizontal and stable surface.
Check for loose and vibrating parts. Secure and tighten parts.
The noise seems running water. The noise comes from the flow of coolant. It’s normal.

Check whether the display PCB wiring is damaged.
E1 Room temperature sensor fault. Check the connection and clean it. If it doesn’t work,
relace the sensor.

relace the sensor.
Ft High level of condensation water alarm. Empty the drip tray by removing the rubber cap.
9. STORAGE
If you do not use the unit for a long time it is recommended to clean the unit and dry it completely. Please store the
unit by following the steps below:
1. Unplug the unit and remove the drain hose and window kit.
2. Drain the remaining water from the unit.
3. Clean the filter and allow it to dry completely in a shaded area.
