5.5 OVERLOAD PROTECTION
In the event of a power failure, the machine will be stopped for 3 minutes before restarting to protect it.
6. DRAINAGE
Manual drainage
1) When the machine stops after the water tank is filled, disconnect the power plug.
Note: Si prega di spostare la macchina con cautela, in modo da non versare l’acqua nella vaschetta nella parte
inferiore del dispositivo.
2) Place a container under the water outlet at the rear of the product.
3) Remove the cap, the water will automatically flow into the water container.
Note:
1. Keep the cap.
2. During drainage, the conditioner may be tilted slightly backwards.
3. If the water container cannot hold all the water, before it becomes full, quickly close the water outlet with the
cap to prevent the water from flowing onto the floor or carpet.
4. When the water is completely drained, close the water outlet.
Notes: 1. Restart the machine after closing the water outlet with the cap and replacing the lid, otherwise the
machine’s condensation water will flow onto the floor or carpet.
Continuous drainage
IThe self-evaporating system uses the collected water to cool the internal parts
of the air conditioner for maximum performance. It is not necessary to empty
the drain tank during COOL mode, except during DRY mode and in conditions
of high humidity. The condensed water evaporates and is expelled through the
drain hose.
For continuous or unattended operation during the DRY function, connect the
supplied drain hose. The condensed water can be automatically discharged into
a bucket.
- Turn off the machine before proceeding.
- Remove the water outlet cap and keep it.
- Connect the drain hose correctly and securely and make sure it is free of
obstructions and not kinked.
- Place the end of the hose on a drain or bucket and make sure that the water can
drain freely from the unit.
- Do not immerse the end of the tube in water; otherwise, it could cause a hang.
TO AVOID WATER LEAKS:
- The degree of inclination between the pipe and the bowl should exceed 20 degrees.
- Straighten the tube to avoid kinks in the tube.
