Push the radio into the holder from the front.
You can also push the radio into a deeper position (e.g. by mounting it behind a cabinet facing).
To take the radio out of the holder, push the release switch (see diagram) and pull the radio out.
SETTING THE TIME
Please note: Make sure that the timer function switch ( ) (2) is in the AUS position.
Hold the time set button
(4) down and press the hour button (5) until the desired hour is set. Then let go of both
buttons.

both buttons.
USING THE RADIO
In order to guarantee for good reception, unwind the aerial (11) completely and lay it out. To improve reception, attach
the aerial to a higher object, preferably something made of metal.
Slide the select function switch (7) to “EIN”.
Set the desired volume using the volume control (1). Turn the volume control all the way back to the catch position (•) to
mute the volume.
Program the desired station with the frequency regulator (8).
In order to switch the radio off, slide the select function switch (7) to “AUS”.
ALARM FUNCTION
First set the broadcast station and the desired volume (see “Using the Radio”).
Hold the alarm set button
(3) down and press the hour button (5) until the desired hour is set. Then let go of both
buttons.
Hold the alarm set button
(3) down and press the minute button (6) until the desired minute is set. Then let go of
both buttons.
Slide the select function switch (7) to “AUTO” to enable the alarm function. The “AUTO” indicator will light up in the
display.
In order to be awakened by the buzzer instead of the radio, set the volume control (1) to the (
) position by turning the
volume control past the catch position all the way upwards as far as it will go.
To disable the radio or the buzzer after waking up, slide the select function switch (7) to “AUS” or push the alarm set
button (3), the latter of which will set the alarm to go off again at the same time the next day. (The “AUTO” indicator
stays lit in the display).
