HOME Screen (with live copper network connected)

When the tester is connected to a live copper-based network, Autotest detects the partner

Ethernet device at the far end of the cable and automatically tests the network connection

and displays information about it.

HOME Screen (with live fiber network connected - Pro only)

When the Pro tester is connected to a live 1Gb/s fiber network, Autotest automatically detects

the partner Ethernet device at the far end of the fiber. (There is no need to select copper or

fiber mode manually.) With the exception of power, the tests and information shown on the

HOME screen are as for copper.
