ARMOMSCHAKELING
Om de Armen (9, 10) als butterfly-armen te gebrui-
ken, steek de Armpennen (40) in de gaten van de
Staander (3) en het Draaiende Onderstel (5) zoals
getoond.
O
m de Armen (9, 10) als press-armen te gebruiken,
steek de Armpennen (40) in de gaten van het
Draaiende Onderstel (5) en de Armen.

DE GEWICHTSTAPEL VASTZETTEN
Zet de gewichtstapel vast door de Slotpen (64) door
de Gewichtgeleider (21) te steken en het Slot (12)
op de Slotpen te borgen.

GEBRUIK VAN HET KUSSEN VOOR DE
ARMCURLER
Om het Kussen voor de Curl (14) te gebruiken, ver-
wijder het 64mm Ronde Binnenkapje (30) van de
Voorpoot (7). Steek de Stang voor de Curl (13) in
de Voorpoot en zet de Stang stevig vast met de
Armcurlerknop (61).
Verwijder het Kussen voor de Curl (14) en steek het
64mm Ronde Binnenkapje (30) opnieuw in de
Voorpoot (7) voor oefeningen zonder het Kussen
voor de Curl. Bewaar het Kussen voor de Curl op
een veilige afstand van het krachtstation.
