Rijden met uw auto
Twee labels op de dorpel van het
bestuurdersportier geven aan voor
welke belading uw auto ontworpen
is: het informatielabel en het
typeplaatje.
Zorg ervoor dat u, voordat u uw auto
gaat beladen, weet wat de volgende
termen betekenen, zodat u uw auto
op de juiste manier kunt beladen. De
informatie vindt u bij de specificaties
en op het typeplaatje:
Rijklaar gewicht
Dit is het gewicht van de auto met
een volle brandstoftank en de
complete standaarduitrusting. Dit
gewicht is zonder passagiers, lading
en extra uitrusting.
Leeggewicht
Dit is het gewicht van de auto bij
aflevering plus het gewicht van de
achteraf gemonteerde uitrusting.
Belading
Dit getal heeft betrekking op al het
gewicht dat opgeteld wordt bij het
rijklaar gewicht, dus het gewicht van
de lading en de extra uitrusting.
GAW (maximale asbelasting)
Dit is het totaalgewicht op elke as
(voor en achter) - opgebouwd uit het
rijklaar gewicht en de totale
belasting.
GAWR (maximale toelaatbare
asbelasting)
Dit is de maximale toegestane
belasting op een enkele as (voor of
achter). Deze cijfers staan op het
typeplaatje. De totale belasting op
een as mag de GAWR nooit
overschrijden.
GVW (maximaal toelaatbaar
totaalgewicht)
Dit is het rijklaar gewicht plus het
gewicht van de lading en van de
passagiers.
GVWR (maximale massa voertuig)
Dit is het maximaal toelaatbaar
gewicht van de volledig belaste
auto (inclusief opties, uitrusting,
passagiers en lading). De GVWR
staat op het typeplaatje op de dorpel
van het bestuurdersportier.
Overbeladen
MASSA VAN DE AUTO
De maximale asbelasting en
de maximale massa van het
voertuig staan vermeld op het
typeplaatje bevestigd aan
het bestuurdersportier (of
voorpassagiersportier). Het
overschrijden van deze waardes
kan een ongeval of schade aan
de auto veroorzaken. U kunt
het gewicht van uw lading
berekenen door de voorwerpen
(en personen) vooraf te wegen.
Wees voorzichtig uw auto niet
te overbeladen.
