2. Afloje la tuerca de la polea tensora (A).

3. Mueva la polea tensora (B) en dirección a la correa
del sinfín para aumentar la tensión de la correa.
Aléjela de la correa del sinfín para reducir la tensión
de la correa.
4. Apriete la tuerca de la polea tensora (A).
5. El ayudante debe permanecer a 3 m (10 pies)
delante del producto para controlar el movimiento
del sinfín.
6. Presione y suelte el acoplamiento del sinfín para
poner en marcha y detener el sinfín.
7. Mida el tiempo que tarda el sinfín en dejar de
moverse. Si el sinfín tarda más de 5 segundos en
detenerse, destense la correa.
8. Cuando el sinfín tarde menos de 5 segundos en
dejar de moverse, instale la cubierta de la correa.

Ajuste del cable de control del sinfín
1. Retire la cubierta del cable del lado derecho del
bastidor (D).

2. Para eliminar la holgura el cable de control del
sinfín, afloje la tuerca de inmovilización inferior (B) y
apriete la tuerca de inmovilización superior (B) hasta
que la tensión de la correa del sinfín haya
aumentado.
3. Vuelva a probar el acoplamiento del sinfín. Repita el
ajuste según considere necesario hasta que el cable
presente una holgura mínima cuando la palanca
esté desacoplada.
4. Apriete la tuerca de inmovilización inferior para fijar
la tensión.
Nota: Es posible tensar también la correa del sinfín
ajustando la polea tensora. Si el ajuste no resuelve
el problema, cambie la correa del tornillo sin fin.

Ajuste del cable liberador del conducto
de expulsión
1. Para ajustar el cable liberador, gire el ajustador del
cable hasta que la palanca liberadora del conducto
de expulsión no se mueva libremente.
