Extracción de la correa del sinfín (solo para
ST 424T/427T/430T )
1. Retire la tuerca de 5/16 in y la cubierta del cable (E)
del bastidor.

2. Retire los pernos superiores de 5/16 in de los 2
lados del bastidor. No deseche los pernos.
3. Retire los pernos inferiores de 5/16 in (C) de los 2
lados del bastidor.
4. Retire la correa del sinfín (B) de la polea del motor
(A).
5. Utilice la palanca de ajuste de la tolva del sinfín para
inclinar la parte trasera hacia abajo. La parte
delantera se inclina hacia delante al mismo tiempo.
El perno inferior actúa como bisagra entre la parte
delantera y la trasera.
6. Coloque un taco de madera debajo del punto de
articulación para que el producto permanezca
inclinado.
7. Mueva el brazo de freno del sinfín y retire la correa
del sinfín (B) de alrededor del brazo de freno del
sinfín.
Instalación de la correa del sinfín
1. Mueva el brazo de freno del sinfín (G). Coloque la
correa del sinfín alrededor y en la ranura de la polea
del sinfín (E).

PRECAUCIÓN: Asegúrese de que la
correa no quede atrapada entre el
bastidor y el alojamiento del sinfín al
ensamblar la unidad.
2. Retire el taco de madera que colocó debajo del
producto.
3. Levante el manillar para inclinar hacia arriba la parte
trasera. La parte delantera se inclina y gira para
acoplarse con la parte trasera.
4. Asegúrese de que la correa esté bien colocada en la
ranura de la polea del sinfín (E).
5. Instale los pernos de 5/16 in (C) y apriételos
(11-16 Nm).
6. Solo para ST 424/427/430 Instale los pernos de ¼ in
(D) y apriételos (5-8 Nm).
7. Instale la correa del sinfín (B) en la polea del motor
(A). Asegúrese de colocar bien la correa alrededor
de la polea tensora y en la ranura de la polea del
motor.
8. Instale la cubierta del cable (F) y la tuerca de 5/16 in
en el bastidor.
9. Maniobre todos los controles para verificar que la
correa del sinfín esté bien montada y que todos los
componentes se mueven correctamente.
Ajuste de la tensión de la correa del sinfín
Nota: Necesitará a un ayudante para realizar esta tarea.
