SPECIALITY STITCHES
The special sewing technique stitches are stitches that are sewn with special presser feet (optional) to create exciting effects.
These stitches are 4:37-4:40 (650) / 4:42-4:50 (670) / 4:42-4:52 (690Q). When selected this is indicated by the optional presser
foot icon (A) on the GraphicDisplay/TouchScreen. The special sewing technique stitches are pictured and described below.

4:42 4:42 4:37 Specialty Candlewicking Foot
(part number: 4131623-45)
Creates a “French Knot” stitch. The presser foot has a deep tunnel on
the underside to feed over the bulit-up stitches.

(part number 4127842-45)
Use these stitches together with the foot to give beautiful
embellishment/topstitch to your projects. The underside of the foot
is designed to glide along the folded edge.

Decorate your projects with different types of decorative cords or
yarn. This foot easily guides the yarn through the opening in the front
of the foot. The yarn will be stitched over creating a beautiful braid

Use this foot together with different types of edgings such as lace,
embroidered trims or various fabrics. Combined with these stitches it
will create an exciting effect.

Use the Twin Gimping Foot with one single needle to create three-
dimensional satin stitches.
4:52 - Twin gimping foot with guide
(Part Number 920 302-096)
Use the Twin Gimping Foot and a 1.6 twin needle to create three-
dimensional satin stitches. Two gimp threads are guided by the foot as
the stitch is sewn.
