11.5 Microsoft® Office OneNote® Mobile
Met Microsoft® Office OneNote® Mobile kunt u eenvoudig notities met geluid
en afbeeldingen maken. Maak de notities op de telefoon en synchroniseer ze
vervolgens met de pc om de OneNote-bestanden actueel te houden.
Opmerking U moet een ActiveSync-verbinding tussen computer, telefoon en Microsoft Office
OneNote opzetten om OneNote-bestanden te synchroniseren.
OneNote Mobile openen
Klik op Start > Alle programma’s > Office Mobile > OneNote Mobile.
OneNote Mobile opent de lijst met notities op de telefoon. Klik op Menu om een
bestandsnaam te wijzigen en de sorteervolgorde van de lijst in te stellen.
Een nieuw OneNote-bestand maken
1. Klik op Nieuw in OneNote Mobile.
2. Voer de notitie in door tekst te typen en foto’s of geluid toe te voegen. U kunt
als volgt te werk gaan als u een notitie maakt.
• Wilt u een geluidsbestand toevoegen aan de notitie, klik dan op Menu >
Opname invoegen.
• U kunt een foto maken en deze toevoegen aan een notitie door te klikken
op Menu > Foto maken.
• U kunt een foto uit een bestand toevoegen aan de notitie door te klikken
op Menu > Afbeelding invoegen.
• U maakt een lijst met opsommingstekens of getallen door te klikken op
Menu > Lijst > Opsomm. of Genum.
• U verandert de tekstindeling door te klikken op Menu > Opmaak.
Tip Als u een opmaakstijl gebruikt en het document wilt herstellen naar geen enkele
opmaakstijl, klik dan op Menu > Opmaak en kies in het menu de gewenste
opmaakstijl.
3. Als de notitie klaar is klikt u op Gereed.
