Het document verzenden via e-mail
1. Klik op Menu > Bestand > Verzenden.
2. Kies in het Berichtvenster het e-mailaccount dat u wilt gebruiken om het
werkblad te verzenden.
3. Het bestand wordt automatisch aan de e-mail bijgevoegd als bijlage.
4. Voer de naam van de ontvanger in en klik op Verzenden.
11.4 Microsoft® Office PowerPoint® Mobile
Met Microsoft® Office PowerPoint® Mobile kunt u PowerPoint-presentaties openen.
PowerPoint Mobile openen
Klik op Start > Alle programma’s > Office Mobile > PowerPoint Mobile.
Een bestand openen
1. Klik in PowerPoint Mobile op Menu en kies de plek waar het *.ppt-bestand is
opgeslagen.
2. Zoek het bestand dat u wilt openen en klik op Selecteren. Het venster
schakelt automatisch naar de liggende stand.
Door de presentatie bladeren
Druk op NAVIGATIE-rechts (liggende stand) om vooruit te gaan in de presentatie;
druk op NAVIGATIE links (liggende stand) om terug te keren naar de vorige
handeling of vorige dia in de presentatie. U kunt ook naar een specifieke dia in de
presentatie gaan door op de rechterSOFTKEY te drukken (Menu wordt geopend)
en op Menu > Ga naar dia te gaan en kies vervolgens de gewenste dia.
Een aangepaste presentatie weergeven
U kunt aangepaste shows die gemaakt zijn met Microsoft PowerPoint op de
telefoon openen.
