94 Informatie op de telefoon beheren
5.4 Taken
Gebruik Taken om alles wat u nog moet doen bij te houden.
Een taak maken
1. Klik in het Beginscherm op Start > Alle programma’s > Taken.
2. Klik op Menu > Nieuwe taak.
3. Voer de benodigde taakinformatie in en klik op Gereed.
• Stel een Prioriteit in voor de taak. Dit item kan als referentie worden
gebruikt als u taken ordent.
• Voer een Begindatum en Einddatum in als de taak op een bepaalde tijd
moet beginenn en eindigen.
• Voer een Herinnering in als u herinnerd wilt worden als de taak moet
worden uitgevoerd.
• Voer de Categorieën in (u kunt meer dan één kiezen) die de taak het
beste beschrijven. Dit item kan als referentie worden gebruikt als u taken
ordent.
Notities • U kunt informatie op de telefoon en pc synchroniseren zodat de taaklijst op beide
plekken geactualiseerd blijft.
• Als u een nieuwe taak maakt met een herinnering op de pc en vervolgens taken
met de telefoon synchroniseert, wordt de herinnering afgespeeld op de tijd die is
ingesteld op de pc.
Een taak zoeken
1. Klik in het Beginscherm op Start > Alle programma’s > Taken.
2. In de taaklijst kunt u:
• De lijst sorteren door te klikken op Menu > Schikken op en klik op een
sorteeroptie.
• De lijst filteren op categorie, klik op Menu > Filter en klik op de categorie
die u wilt weergeven.
