2. Rooster een nieuwe afspraak in en ga omlaag naar Genodigden en klik op

Geen genodigden. Klik op Vereiste genodigde toevoegen of Optionele

genodigde toevoegen om de gewenste contactpersonen uit te nodigen

voor de vergadering.

3. Kies de contact(en) die u wilt uitnodigen voor de vergadering en klik op

Selecteren.

4. Klik in het venster Nieuwe afspraak op Gereed. Het vergaderverzoek wordt

verzonden.

Notities • U kunt alleen aangeven of de genodigde vereist of optioneel is indien uw telefoon

is verbonden met een Microsoft Exchange 2007-server. Anders worden alle

genodigde aangemerkt als vereist. Voor meer informatie, zie hoofdstuk 7.

• U kunt een genodigde uit de lijst verwijderen door de genodigde te selecteren en

te klikken op Menu > Genodigde verwijderen.

• Wanneer genodigden uw vergaderverzoek accepteren, wordt de vergadering

automatisch toegevoegd aan hun agenda’s. Als hun antwoorden naar u worden

teruggestuurd, wordt uw agenda ook geüpdate.

Een agenda-afspraak verzenden

U kunt agenda-afspraken via MMS naar een andere telefoon zenden.

1. Klik in het Beginscherm op Start > Alle programma’s > Agenda.

2. Selecteer een afspraak en klik op Menu > Verzenden als vCalendar.

3. Voer bij Aan de ontvanger in van het MMS-bericht en klik op Verzenden.
