Wenn noch keine Synchronisierungs-Partnerschaft eingerichtet wurde, führen
Sie die folgenden Schritte aus, um Outlook E-Mail zu synchronisieren:
1. Um eine Synchronisierung über eine Remote-Verbindung durchzuführen,
müssen Sie eine Funkverbindung (GPRS oder ISP über DFÜ) einrichten und
aufbauen. Für weitere Informationen hierzu siehe “Verbindung mit dem
Internet herstellen” in Kapitel 6.
2. Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Computer oder dem LAN. (Bei einer
Funkverbindung muss das Gerät nicht abgetrennt werden).
3. Tippen Sie auf Start > Programme > ActiveSync.
4. Falls Sie E-Mails direkt mit dem Exchange Server oder einem privaten
Netz, z.B. Ihrem Firmennetz, synchronisieren möchten, folgen Sie
den Schritten unter “Outlook-Informationen mit Exchange Server
synchronisieren” in Kapitel 4.
5. Legen Sie fest, welche Daten synchronisiert werden sollen. Markieren
Sie die Option E-Mail. Für eine ausführliche Beschreibung siehe “Zu
synchronisierende Daten festlegen” in Kapitel 4.
Jedes Mal, wenn Sie Outlook E-Mails auf Ihrem Gerät senden oder empfangen
möchten, müssen Sie das Gerät an den Computer, das LAN oder an eine
Funkverbindung anschließen und dann im Fenster ActiveSync auf Synchr.
oder bei Outlook im Gerät auf Menü > Senden/Empfangen
tippen.
Für eine ausführliche Beschreibung der automatischen Synchronisierung zu
festgelegten Zeitpunkten oder dem Einstellen der Synchronisierung mit dem
Exchange Server siehe “Zeitplan für die Synchronisierung mit Exchange Server
aufstellen” in Kapitel 4.
Ein POP3-/IMAP4- E-Mail-Konto einrichten
Richten Sie auf dem Gerät ein POP3- oder IMAP4-E-Mail Konto ein, falls Sie
über ein E-Mail-Konto bei einem Internet Service Provider (ISP) verfügen oder
ein Konto besitzen, auf das Sie über eine VPN-Server-Verbindung (z.B. Konto
in der Arbeit) zugreifen können.
1. Tippen Sie auf Start > Messaging.
2. Tippen Sie auf Menü > Extras > Neues Konto.
3. Wählen Sie im Fenster E-Mail-Setup die Option Andere (POP3/IMAP)
in der Liste Ihr E-Mail-Anbieter, und tippen Sie dann auf Weiter.
