126 Nachrichten austauschen und Outlook verwenden
7.1 E-Mails und SMS-Nachrichten
Messaging ist der Ort, an dem sich all Ihre E-Mail-Konten und Ihr
Textnachrichten-Konto befinden. Sie können über das Mobiltelefonnetz
Outlook-E-Mails, sowie SMS-Nachrichten und Internet E-Mails über einen
Internet Service Provider (ISP) senden und empfangen. Sie können auf
E-Mails auch von Ihrer Arbeit aus über eine VPN-Verbindung (Virtual Private
Network) zugreifen.
E-Mail-Setup-Assistent
Bevor Sie E-Mails senden und empfangen können, müssen Sie auf Ihrem Gerät
ein E-Mail-Konto einrichten. Mit dem E-Mail-Setup-Assistenten können Sie
auf einfache Weise auf dem Gerät Outlook-E-Mail- und POP3/IMAP4-Konten
einrichten.
Mit dem E-Mail-Setup-Assistenten E-Mail-Konten einrichten
1. Tippen Sie auf Start > Messaging.
2. Tippen Sie auf Menü > Extras > Neues Konto, um den E-Mail-Setup-
Assistenten zu starten.
3. Der E-Mail-Setup-Assistent leitet Sie Schritt für Schritt durch den
Setup-Vorgang.

E-Mail einrichten”. Für Informationen über das POP3- oder IMAP4-Setup siehe

Outlook-E-Mail einrichten
Wenn Sie das erste Mal ActiveSync auf Ihrem Computer starten, werden Sie vom
Synchronisierungssetup-Assistenten aufgefordert, eine Synchronisierungs-
Partnerschaft einzurichten. Mit dieser Partnerschaft können Sie Outlook-
E-Mails und andere Informationen zwischen dem Gerät und Ihrem Computer
oder dem Exchange Server synchronisieren. Wenn Sie mit dem Assistenten
die Synchronisierung bereits eingerichtet haben, kann das Gerät jederzeit
über Outlook E-Mails senden und empfangen. Für Informationen über den

installieren und einrichten” in Kapitel 4.
