◦ Reinig de printkop en druk deze diagnosepagina vervolgens nogmaals af.
◦ Als de afdrukkwaliteit niet verbetert nadat u de printkop hebt gereinigd,
vervangt u de cartridge de overeenkomt met de gestreepte balk.
Opmerking Als met het vervangen van de cartridge dit probleem met de
afdrukkwaliteit niet is opgelost, neem dan contact op met HP-
ondersteuning voor hulp.
• Als een van de gekleurde balken regelmatige witte strepen vertoont, volgt u de
volgende stappen op.
◦ Als in regel 11 op de diagnosepagina PHA TTOE = 0 staat, lijn dan de printer
uit.
◦ Als op regel 11 op de diagnosepagina een andere waarde staat of uitlijnen
niet helpt, reinig dan de printkop.
Opmerking Als met het reinigen van de printkop dit probleem met de
afdrukkwaliteit niet is opgelost, neem dan contact op met HP-
ondersteuning voor hulp.
3. Kijk naar de grote tekst boven het uitlijnpatroon. Het type moet scherp en duidelijk
zijn.

• Als het type onregelmatig is, lijn de printer dan uit, en druk vervolgens deze
diagnosepagina nogmaals af.

• Als de tekst ongelijk en aan een kant gerafeld is, reinig dan de printkop en druk
vervolgens deze diagnosepagina nogmaals af. Als dit net nadat een nieuwe
cartridge is geïnstalleerd gebeurt, lossen de automatische onderhoudsroutines
van het apparaat het probleem na een paar dagen mogelijk op.
