ondersteuningsservice. Wij raden u dan ook aan om

service en levering. Als u het probleem niet kunt oplossen met
de voorafgaande opties, belt u HP terwijl u in de buurt bent
van uw computer en digitale camera. De service verloopt
vlotter als u de volgende gegevens bij de hand houdt:
• Het modelnummer van de digitale camera
(te zien op de voorkant van de camera)
• Het serienummer van de digitale camera
(te zien op de onderkant van de camera)
• Het besturingssysteem van de computer
• De versie van de software van de digitale camera
(te zien op het label van de cd-rom van de camera)
• Meldingen die werden weergegeven op het moment
dat het probleem zich voordeed
De voorwaarden die van toepassing zijn op telefonische
ondersteuning van HP kunnen zonder voorafgaande
kennisgeving worden gewijzigd.
