Wash cycles and functions
Table of wash cycles
Wash functions
!If the selected function is not compatible with the
programmed wash cycle, the indicator light will flash
and the function will not be activated.
! If the selected function is not compatible with ano-
ther function which has been selected previously, the
indicator light corresponding to the first function
selected will flash and only the second function will
be activated; the indicator light corresponding to the
enabled function will remain lit.
Super Wash
Because a greater quantity of water is used in the initial
phase of the cycle, and because of the increased cycle
duration, this function offers a high-performance wash.
Reduced Creases
By selecting this function, the wash and spin cycles will be
modified in order to reduce the formation of creases. At
the end of the cycle the washing machine will perform slow
rotations of the drum; the “Reduced creases” and START/
PAUSE indicator lights will flash (orange) and the text “END
OF CYCLE” will appear on the display. To end the cycle, press
the START/PAUSE button or the “Reduced creases” button.
For the Silk/Curtains cycle, the machine will end the cycle
while the laundry is soaking; the “Reduced creases” and
START/PAUSE indicator lights will flash (orange) and the text
“RINSE HOLD” will appear on the display. To drain the water so
that the laundry may be removed, press the START/PAUSE
button or the “Reduced creases” button.
Note: If you also want to run the drying cycle, this button
is enabled only if combined with level “Iron Dry”.
Mini Load
This function is recommended for when the load of
laundry is equal to half, or less than half, of the maximum
recommended load (see Table of wash cycles).
Time Saver
Reduces the duration of the wash cycle.
(2) Ready to Wear
This cycle was designed to wash and dry lightly soiled small loads quickly. By selecting this cycle it is possible to wash and dry a maximum load of 1 kg
in just 60 minutes.
!
Please note, this is an automatically programmed wash and dry cycle, therefore it is not possible to manually set a drying time or
drying level in conjunction with this cycle.
For all Test Institutes:
(1) Test wash cycle in compliance with regulation EN 50229: set wash cycle (90°C); temperature of 60°C (Press TEMPERATURE button).
(1) Long wash cycle for cottons: set wash cycle (90°C); temperature of 40°C (Press TEMPERATURE button).
The length of cycle shown on the display or in this booklet is an estimation only and is calculated assuming standard working conditions. The actual duration can vary according to fac-
tors such as water temperature and pressure, the amount of detergent used, the amount and type of load inserted, load balancing and any wash options selected.
