Herstellererklärung
Gemäß der EG-Maschinenrichtlinie 98/37/EWG erklären wir hiermit, dass das nachfolgend
bezeichnete Produkt aufgrund seiner Konzipierung und Bauart, sowie in der von uns in
Verkehr gebrachten Ausführung den einschlägigen grundlegenden Sicherheits- und Gesund-
heitsanforderungen der EG-Richtlinie entspricht. Bei einer nicht mit uns abgestimmten
Änderung des Produktes verliert diese Erklärung ihre Gültigkeit.
Torantriebe sind Komponenten zum Anbau an Garagentore und werden somit zur
Maschine im Sinne der EG-Maschinenrichtlinie 98/37/EWG.
Die Inbetriebnahme ist solange untersagt, bis die Konformität des Endproduktes
mit dieser Richtlinie festgestellt ist.

In accordance with the EC Machine Directive 98/37/EEC we hereby declare that in its con-
struction and design as well as in the version marketed by us, the product described below
complies with the relevant basic safety and health requirements of the EC Directive. In the
event that the product is altered or modified without our approval, this declaration shall
lose its validity.
Door operators are components for attaching to garage doors and as such become
machines in accordance with the EC Machine Directive 98/37/EEC.
Putting the operator into service is not permitted until conformity of the final
product with this Directive has been established.

produit décrit ci-après respecte quant à sa conception et sa construction, ainsi qu’à son
exécution telle que mise sur le marché par nos soins, les exigences fondamentales visées
par la directive européenne. Cette déclaration est sans valeur dès lors que l’on apporte au
produit des modifications sans notre accord.
Les motorisations pour portes sont des composants à monter sur des portes de garage et
par conséquent sont assimilées à des machines au sens de la directive européenne sur les
machines 98/37/CEE.
La mise en service est interdite aussi longtemps que la conformité du produit final
avec cette directive n’a pas été constatée.

duct, op basis van zijn ontwerp en constructie alsook van zijn door ons in de handel
gebrachte uitvoering, voldoet aan de eensluidende, fundamentele veiligheids- en gezond-
heidseisen van de EG-richtlijnen. Bij een niet met ons overeengekomen wijziging van het
product verliest deze verklaring zijn geldigheid.
Deuraandrijvingen zijn componenten voor montage aan garagedeuren en worden
beschouwd als machine in het kader van de EG-machinerichtlijn 98/37/EWG.
De inbedrijfstelling is verboden tot de conformiteit van het eindproduct met
deze richtlijn vastgesteld is.
