D RAMER ROW : Appuyez cette touche pour lancer l‘entraînement rapidement.
E REPOS RECOVERY : Appuyez sur cette touche pour diminuer la fréquence cardiaque.
F RETOUR/PAUSE BACK/PAUSE : Appuyez sur cette touche pour retourner à la sélection des programmes. Pendant
l‘entraînement, si vous appuyez sur cette touche, vous mettez en pause.
G ENTRÉE ENTER : Validez votre saisie.
H MODE MODE : Affichage de la liste des programmes.
