4.1.2 Pečenje zrezkov
Za pečenje sočnih okusnih zrezkov:
1. Meso pred pečenjem pustimo stati na sobni temperaturi približno 20 minut.
2. Segrejte ponev za globoko cvrtje.
3. Zrezke premažite z oljem na obeh straneh. V vročo ponev dodajte malo olja in položite meso v ponev.
4. Zrezke med pečenjem obrnite samo enkrat. Točen čas pečenja bo odvisen od debeline zrezka
in od tega, kako močno ga želite zapeči. Časi lahko obsegajo od približno 2 do 8 minut na stran.
Pritisnite zrezek ob ponev, da ocenite njegovo stopnjo pečenja – trdnejši kot je, močneje je zapečen.
5. Zrezek pustite nekaj minut počivati na toplem krožniku, da se zmehča, preden ga postrežete.
4.1.3 Praženje
1. Izberite vok z ravnim dnom ali veliko ponev za cvrtje, ki sta primerna za indukcijsko kuhanje.
2. Pripravite vse sestavine in pripomočke. Praženje naj poteka kratek čas. Večjo količino hrane pražite
v več delih.
3. Na kratko segrejte ponev in dodajte dve žlici olja.
4. Najprej popražite meso, ga postavite na stran in pustite na toplem.
5. Popražite zelenjavo. Ko je ta vroča, vendar še vedno hrustljava, nastavite kuhališče na nižjo stopnjo,
v ponev dodajte meso in nato še omako.
6. Sestavine nežno premešajte, da se pregrejejo.
7. Postrezite takoj.
4.2 Zaznavanje majhnih predmetov
Če na kuhalno ploščo postavite posodo neprimerne velikosti ali posodo, ki ni magnetna (npr. aluminijasta)
oziroma drug manjši predmet (npr. nož, vilice, ključ), kuhalna plošča po 1 minuti samodejno preide v stanje
pripravljenosti. Ventilator bo še 1 minuto deloval, da ohladi indukcijsko kuhalno ploščo.
5. Nastavitve toplote
Spodnje nastavitve so podane zgolj kot smernice. Točna nastavitev bo odvisna od več dejavnikov,
vključno s posodo in količino hrane, ki jo nameravate skuhati. Uporabite nastavitve indukcijske kuhalne
plošče, ki najbolj ustrezajo temu, kar želite pripraviti.
