MANTENIMIENTO
HOLGURA EN LA PALANCA DE EMBRAGUE DE AVANCE
Medir la holgura [1] en el extremo de la palanca [2] en posición totalmente suelta.
La holgura debe estar comprendida entre:
Si es necesario:
1. Aflojar las tuercas de bloqueo [3] con una llave de 10 mm.
2. Desplazar las tuercas [3] hacia arriba o hacia abajo según se necesite.
3. Volver a apretar las tuercas y a comprobar la holgura.
REGLAJE DE LA MANECILLA DE CAMBIO DE VELOCIDAD
1. Poner la manecilla de cambio de velocidad [4] en la posición más rápida.
2. Aflojar las tuercas de bloqueo [5] con una llave de 10 mm.
3. Apretar o aflojar las tuercas [5] hasta obtener una holgura de 1,5 mm a 6,5 mm en la
palanca de embrague [6]; volver a apretar las tuercas.
4. Poner el motor en marcha y comprobar que las velocidades mínima y máxima
corresponden a los siguientes valores:
Mínima: 0 ~ 0,2 m/s.
Máxima: 1,3 m/s a un régimen del motor de 2 800 rev/min.

RIJKOPPELING VRIJE SLAG
Meet de vrije slag [1] aan de bovenkant van de hendel [2].
De speling moet tussen 5 en 15 mm.
Indien nodig:
1. De stelmoeren [3] met een sleutel van 10 mm losdraaien.
2. De moeren [3] naar boven of naar beneden draaien al naar gelang de situatie.
3. De moeren opnieuw aandraaien en de speling controleren.
AFSTELLING VAN DE VERSNELLINGSHENDEL
1. De schakelhendel [1] in de hoogste versnelling plaatsen.
2. De stelmoeren [2] met een sleutel van 10 mm losdraaien.
3. De moeren [2] aan- of losdraaien totdat men een speling van 1,5 mm tot 6,5 mm op de
aandrijvingskoppelingshef- boom [3] heeft verkregen, dan de moeren weer aandraaien.
4. De motor starten en controleren of de minimum en maximum snelheid overeenkomen met
de volgende waarden:
Minimum = 0 ~ 0,2 m/s.
Maximum = 1,3 m/s met een toerental van 2 800 omw./min.
