lidadderecogidadelahierbaydemulching.

Lafunción“Mulching”esactivadao

desactivada mediante la corres-

ondiente palanca (2) ( 4.10).

Accionelapalancadelafuncióndemulchingconlabolsaquitadadela

máquina,paragarantizarquelazonaanteriordelcompartimientodelmul-

chingnoseobstruyaporlahierbayquenohayandepósitosdehierbaen

estazona.

Sihayhierbadelantedelaportezuela,hayquequitarlaconunbastóno

nstrumentosimilar.

Ejercerunesfuerzoexcesivoenlapalancaconel

cable no ajustado correctamenteo condepósitosde hierbapuedepro-

vocar laroturadel cableo la deformación del soporte causadapor una

cargaexcesiva.Sise advirtiera un esfuerzoexcesivo de lapalanca,no

forzar, sinocontactarcon su Distribuidor.

Despuésdecortar

Unavezcompletadalasesióndiariadecorte,esconvenienteefectuarlalim-

piezadelplatodecorte,deltransportadordedescargayde labolsadela

hierba para evitar inconvenientes y garantizar un funcionamiento sin pro-

blemaslasiguientevezqueseusarálamáquina.

Detengaelmotor,extraigalallave,pongaelfrenodeestacionamientoyquite

labolsadelahierba.

Cerciórese de que el transportador de descarga no esté obstruido por la

hierba observándolo a través de la abertura (si está obstruido, quite la

hierba).

5.4.9 Findelcorte

Alterminarelcortedelcésped,desacoplarlascuchillas,reducirelrégimen

delmotoryefectuarlatrayectoriaderegresoconelplatodecorteenlapo-

sicióndealturamáxima.

5.4.10 Findeltrabajo

Pararlamáquina,colocarlapalancadelaceleradorenlaposición«LENTO»

yapagarelmotorllevandolallavealaposición«PARADA».

Estaoperaciónprovocaelcierreautomáticodelaválvuladelcombustible.

Quitarsiemprelallaveantesdedejarlamáquina

sinvigilancia!

5.4.11 Limpiezayalmacenamiento

Guardarlamáquinaenunambienteseco,lejosdelaintemperieyposible-

mentecubrirlaconunalona.Despuésdecadauso,limpiarelexteriordela

máquina,vaciarlabolsaderecolecciónysacudirlaparalimpiarladelosre-

siduosdecéspedymantillo.

Buscaryeliminarlahierbaacumuladaenelinteriordelcompartimentomo-

toryencimadelplatodecorte,paramantenerelnivelóptimodeeficiencia

delamáquina.

Vaciarsiemprelabolsaderecolecciónynodejar

los contenedores con la hierba cortada en el interior de un local.

IMPORTANTE

Il El vaciado de la

bolsase efectúa exclusivamente con

las cuchillas desacopladas; de lo

contrario elmotor separa.

– extraer la palanca (1) ( 4.9.1) y

volcarlabolsaparavaciarla;

– cerrarla bolsa para fijarla en el dis-

positivodeenganche(2)ycolocarla

palanca(1).

Puede ocurrir que

después de vaciar la bolsa la señal

acústicase reactiveenel momentode

acoplar las cuchillas debido a resi-

duosdecéspedpresentesen el pal-

pador (1) del microinterruptor de se-

ñalización. En estecaso,essuficiente

desacoplar lascuchillasy volverlas a

acoplar paraquese inter- rumpa la señal.Sipersistiera la señal acústica,

parar el motor, extraer la bolsa yeliminar posibles residuosdehierbadel

palpador (1).

5.4.7 Vaciado delcanaldeexpulsión

Uncortedecéspeddemasiadoaltoomojado,juntoconunavelocidadde

avancedemasiadoelevada,puede atascarelcanaldeexpulsión.Encaso

deatascamiento,esnecesario:

– pararlamáquina,desacoplarlascuchillasyapagarelmotoryquitarlas

llaves;

– quitarlabolsaderecolecciónolapantalladeprotección;

– sacarelcéspedacumuladoporlabocadesalidadelcanal.

Esta operación se debe efectuar siempre con el

motorapagado.

5.4.8 Función“Mulching”

Lafunción“Mulching”consisteenreciclarlahierbaenelinteriordelplatode

corte y simultáneamente, reducirla a hebras finamente trituradas, espar-

ciéndolasregularmentesobreelprado.

Silayerbacortadasedescargaentornoalplatodecorteosedispersaen

montoncitosduranteelmulching,esposible quelahierbaseademasiado

largaoquelamedidadecorteseaexcesiva.Lamedidadecorteparaelmul-

ching debe establecerse en alrededor de 1/3 respecto a la altura de la

hierba(máximo10-13c,antesdelmulching).
