The fuse in the fuse
box is triggered.
Too many devices connected to
the same circuit.
Reduce the number of devices in
the circuit.
The performance is
weak.
The exhaust air valve in the
handle is open.
Close the exhaust air valve.
Is the dust container too full? Empty the dust container.
The fi lters or the device are dirty.
Clean the dust container, the
HEPA motor fi lter and the HEPA
exhaust air fi lter.
The nozzle, the telescopic tube
or the suction hose is blocked.
Switch off the device, pull the
mains plug out of the plug socket
and remove the blockage.
The suction strength control is
set to MIN.
Turn the suction strength control
towards MAX to increase the
suction force.
Dust escapes from the
device during cleaning.
The dust container is not closed
correctly and / or not (correctly)
inserted into the device.
Close the lid or correct the fi t of
the dust container.
The fi lters or the device are dirty.
Clean the dust container, the
HEPA motor fi lter and the HEPA
exhaust air fi lter.
The mains cable cannot
be wound up fully.
The mains cable was not
correctly wound up in the device.
Pull the mains cable out a little
and press the
button for
winding up the cable.
During vacuum
cleaning, an unpleasant
smell is detected.
The device is being used for the
fi rst time.
A smell often develops when
new devices are fi rst used. The
smell should disappear once the
device has been used several
times.
