NOTA:
Cuando el elemento del filtro se haya ensuciado,
reemplácelo.
2. Drenaje del depósito
Drene el depósito diariamente, o después de 4 horas
de utilización. Abra el grifo de drenaje e incline el
compresor para vaciar el agua acumulada (Fig. 5).
3. Cambio-rellenado de aceite
(Solamente para el: EC6B, EC12, y EC16)
(1) Antes de las primeras 50 horas de operación,
reemplace completamente el aceite del elemento
de la bomba. Afloje el tapón de drenaje del aceite
de la cubierta del compresor, drene todo el aceite,
y atornille otra vez el tapón. (Fig. 8)

Introduzca aceite atraves del orificio del indicador
de nivel de aceite hasta el nivel indicado en le
mismo. (Fig. 3)
Con respecto al aceite de reemplazo, consulte la
tabla siguiente.
TIPO DE ACEITE
ACEITE SINTÉTICO SAE 5W50) (–20˚ +120˚F)
Para utilización tanto en verano como en
invierno.
ACEITE MULTIGRADO SAE 10W40 (+s50˚ +120˚F)
Para utilización en climas cálidos
solamente.
(2) Compruebe el nivel del aceite del elemento de la
bomba cada 50 horas de utilización o una vez a la
semana.
(3) Cambie el aceite cada 300 horas de
funcionamiento o cada 6 meses.
SERVICIO Y REPARACIONES
Todos los compresores de calidad requerirán alguna vez
servicio de mantenimiento o de reparación de piezas
debido al desgaste normal. Para asegurar que solamente
se utilicen piezas de reemplazo autorizadas, todos los
trabajos de servicio y reparación deberán realizarse
SOLAMENTE EN UN CENTRO DE SERVICIO AUTORIZADO
POR HITACHI.
NOTA:
