Per assicurare la circolazione ottimale dell’aria calda nella camera del apparecchio la distanza richiesta

minima tra i vassoi / recipienti GN è di 40 mm.

Posizionamento dei vasoi / recipienti gn nella camera dei apparecchio

Per assicurare una circolazione ottimale e regolare di aria freddo:

• Allineare la posizione dei vassoi / recipienti GN relativamente al ventilatore

• Disporre uniformemente i vassoi / recipienti GN nella camera del apparecchio

Sbrinamento automatico

L’apparecchio è dotato di un sistema di sbrinamen-

to automatico i cui parametri sono preimpostati in

fabbrica, e il numero, la durata e l’intervallo tra i

cicli di sbrinamento successivi possono essere im-

postati tramite il pannello di controllo.

Questo processo deve essere eseguito da perso-

nale qualiﬁcato, e in alcuni casi l’apparecchio può

richiedere lo sbrinamento manuale – per questo

utilizzare il pannello di controllo o spegnere l’appa-

recchio ﬁno a quando la ghiaccio non si scioglie (a

seconda delle condizioni nella stanza e della quan-

tità di ghiaccio).

Per gli apparecchi destinati a prodotti congelati o

confezionati, si raccomanda effettuare una pulizia

completa, incluso un ciclo di sbrinamento dell’ap-

parecchio.

Si raccomanda di pulire quotidianamente l’esterno

dell’apparecchio e della parte interna della porta,

prestando particolare attenzione alle parti vicino

alla guarnizione.
