Conservarea alimentelor gătite și congelate
Alimentele gătite și congelate pot fi păstrate în fri-
gider, acestea menținându-și proprietățile orga-
noleptice câteva luni de la data tratamentului. Este
important să respectai lanul frigorific, păstrând
în timpul conservării o temperatură constantă între
0° și 4 °C, în funcie de tipul de alimente. Utilizând
tehnica de ambalare în vid, perioada de conservare
poate fi mărită până la aproximativ 15 zile.
Alimentele supuse unui ciclu negativ pot fi păstrate
pentru o perioadă de timp cuprinsă între 3 și 18 luni,
în funcie de alimentele tratate.
• Este important să se respecte temperatura de
conservare egală sau mai mică de -20 °C.
ATENȚIE!
• Nu lăsai la temperatura camerei alimentele
gătite care trebuie congelate rapid.
• Împiedicai pierderea umidităii, există riscul ca
alimentele să-și piardă aroma..
Alimentele congelate rapid trebuie să fie protejate
de o peliculă protectoare (este de preferat ambala-
rea în vid) și prevăzute cu etichetă adezivă pe care
trebuie indicat:
• Coninutul
• Ziua în care au fost pregătite
• Data de expirare atribuită
ATENȚIE!
Alimentele nu poate fi congelate din nou după dez-
gheare.
Procedurile de pornire a unității de răcire rapidă
Ciclu de suflare de aer cu jojă internă
1. Apăsai butonul verde.
2. Apăsai butonul „SET”

pentru a selecta tem-
peratura de + 3 °C sau -18 °C.
3. Apoi apăsai butonul „START/STOP” pentru a
porni ciclul.
4. La sfârșitul ciclului (când soneria începe să
sune), mașina trece automat în faza de conserva-
re.
5. Pentru a opri ciclul, apăsai „START/STOP” .
Ciclu de suflare de aer în funcție de timp
1. Apăsai butonul verde.
2. Apăsai butonul „SET”

pentru a selecta tem-
peratura de + 3 °C sau -18 °C.
3. Apoi apăsai butoanele „UP” , „DW” pentru
a seta timpul solicitat pentru ciclul de suflare de
aer.
4. Apăsai butonul „START” pentru a începe ci-
clul.
5. La sfârșitul ciclului (când soneria începe să
sune), mașina trece automat în faza de conserva-
re.
6. Pentru a opri ciclul, apăsai „START/STOP”
