TRANSFORMACIÓN Y ADAPTACIÓN
Para la transformación a otro tipo de gas, por ejemplo de gas natural a GLP, es necesario sustituir los inyectores del quemador
principal, del by-pass y del piloto. Todos los inyectores están marcados con un número indicando el diámetro en 1/100 y se
suministran en una bolsa. Después de cada transformación o adaptación debe efectuarse una prueba de las funciones del
aparato y actualizar la placa suplementaria de acuerdo con la transformación o adaptación efectuadas.
¡Se aconseja que todos los trabajos relativos a la conexión, instalación y mantenimiento del aparato sean efectuados
exclusivamente por personal cualificado y cumpliendo las relativas disposiciones!
QUEMADOR PLACA DE COCCIÓN, INYECTORES Y AJUSTE DEL AIRE
QUEMADOR:
1. Saque los mandos.
2. Quite el cuadro de mandos aflojando los tornillos de fijación situados en la parte inferior de éste.
3. Sustituya el inyector por el adecuado para el nuevo tipo de gas, véase “MÁX” en la tabla de inyectores.
MÍNIMO:
4. Desenrosque y sustituya o ajuste el inyector by-pass del mínimo fig.8 tal y como se indica en la tabla de inyectores en el
capítulo Datos técnicos.
5. Vuelva a incorporar el cuadro de mandos.
6. Vuelva a incorporar el mando.
QUEMADOR DEL HORNO
Para sustituir el inyector del quemador del horno, del piloto y ajustar el aire primario, cumpla las instrucciones facilitadas a
continuación:
QUEMADOR:
1. Retire el fundo del horno fig.7.
2. Desenrosque y sustituya el inyector por el adecuado para el nuevo tipo de gas, véase “MÁX” en la T1-tabla de inyectores.
AJUSTE DEL AIRE:
3. Afloje el tornillo de fijación
4. Ajuste el aire primario monte el soporte hasta la distancia indicada en la tabla de inyectores.
5. Sujete el soporte apretando el tornillo de fijación.
MÍNIMO:
6. Saque los mandos.
7. Quite el cuadro de mandos aflojando los tornillos de fijación situados en la parte inferior de éste..
8. Desenrosque y sustituya o ajuste el inyector by-pass del mínimo tal y como se indica en la tabla de inyectores.
9. Vuelva a incorporar el cuadro de mandos.
10. Vuelva a incorporar el mando.
Si se retira la placa de fondo del horno, ésta se debe volver a disponer en la posición originaria
