Special Safety Instructions

• This appliance is only designed for mixing, rolling and cutting of pasta and cannot be

used for other purposes. And this appliance is intended to be used by trained or qualiﬁed

personnel such as kitchen or bar staff.

• Do not use this appliance while wearing garments or aprons with ﬂaps which may catch

in the moving parts or the cutting blades of the appliance.

• Place the appliance on a clean, stable, dry, level surface.

• Do not use this appliance near sinks or wet surfaces.

• Due to hygienic reasons, tie hair back (it is advisable to use a protective cap) and remove

any items which may get stuck in the appliance and cause danger (necklaces, bracelets,

scarf, etc.)

• Do not use water jet or steam cleaner and do not immerse the whole appliance.

• Do not place heavy objects on top of the appliance. Do not place objects with open ﬂames

(e.g. candles) on top of or beside the appliance. Do not place objects ﬁlled with water (e.g.

vases) on or near the appliance.

• Do not place the appliance on hot plates (gas, electric, coal cooking range, etc.). Keep the

appliance away from the hot surfaces and open ﬂames. Always operate the appliance on

a level, stable, clean and horizontal surface.

• Do not place any inﬂammable objects near the appliance.

• Never wash the appliance body or the accessory under running water or in a dishwasher.

• Never wash any part of the appliance or the accessory in a dishwasher.

• IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, stop the machine by pushing the on/off button. The appliance,

just press the switch.

Intended use

• This appliance is intended for buffet and house-

hold use.

• The appliance is only intended for mixing, rolling

and cutting of pasta. Not suitable for other food.

Any other use may lead to damage to the appli-

ance or personal injury.

• Operating the appliance for any other purpose

shall be deemed a misuse of the device. The user

shall be solely liable for improper use of the de-

vice.
