5. NUTZUNGSANLEITUNG

5.1. MONTAGE

• Das T-Stück in die Öffnung im Gehäuse (Abb. 1)

legen. Mit der einen Hand hält man das T-Stück

und mit der anderen dreht man den Drehgriff der

Blockade an der Seite des Motorgehäuses nach

rechts (Abb. 2).

• Im T-Stück die Schnecke (14) montieren, und zwar

mit dem längeren Ende nach vorn, und dann so

lange verdrehen, bis sie im Gehäuse des Motors

aufsitzt.

• An der Schnecke das Messer (19) anlegen, und

zwar mit der Schneide nach außen (Abb. 4). Das

nicht richtige Anlegen des Messers ermöglicht

auch kein Zermahlen des Fleisches.

• Beim Messer die entsprechende Scheibe (15, 16,

18) anbringen, indem man die Angüsse an die Rille

anpasst (Abb. 5).

• Die Scheibe festhalten oder mit dem Finger an-

drücken, danach mit der anderen Hand den Be-

festigungsring anschrauben (17) (Abb. 6). Nicht zu

fest anschrauben.

• Das Tablett des Trichters (2) auf dem T-Stück (13)

anbringen und befestigen.

• Das Gerät auf einen stabilen Untergrund stellen.

• Die Lüftungsöffnungen unten und an der Seite des

Gehäuses dürfen nicht blockiert werden.
