5.3.4 Programs
The computer has twelve different programs that have been
designed for a variety of workouts. These are divided into 3
categories. Beginner, Advance and Sporty.
Select the program symbol by using the the Push and Turn-
button and press MODE to confirm the selection.
With the the Push and Turn-button, you can set the height
(resistance) of the profile.
Press MODE.
Next is Time. You may adjust the Time with the Push and Turn-
button It is not a must to set the time. P
Press START and your excercise begins.
5.3.5 Target HR (Heart rate controlled exercise)
According to your max heartrate level, the Computer can adjust
the resistance by himself, so you will not overtrain you.
Choose „CARDIO“ with the Push and Turn-button and press
MODE
You have the option to select 55% (regeneration), 75% (fat burn
), 90% anerob endurance or to set a target heartrate (TAG).
Press MODE if you have chosen the percentage (TAG will be
explained later). The computer is calculating the max heartrate
automatically
Next is Time. You may adjust the Time with the Push and Turn-
button. It is not a must to set the time.
Press START and your excercise beginns.

„TIME“ knippert nu. Door de knop Push and Turn te draaien, kunt
u de gewenste trainingstijd opgeven (in minuten). De tijd hoeft
niet te worden opgegeven.
Als u op de START-knop drukt, begint uw training.
5.3.5 Target HR (Hartslag programma‘s)
Decomputerheeftdeoptieomdeweerstandteregelen,zodat
unietvoorbijeenbepaaldepulswaardekuntkomenenuzelfkunt
overweldigen.
Selecteer „CARDIO“ met de knop Push and Turn. Druk op MODE
om te bevestigen
U kunt nu kiezen tussen de volgende polssnelheden: 55%
(regeneratie), 75% (vetverbranding), 90% (anaëroob
uithoudingsvermogen) of TAG (zelf definieerbare pulslimiet).
Na het selecteren (TAG wordt later beschreven) drukt u op
MODE. De computer berekent automatisch de maximale
trainingspulsfrequentie op basis van uw leeftijd.
„TIME“ knippert nu. Door de knop Push and Turn te draaien, kunt
