A) De computer activeren vanuit de slaapstand
Druk op een willekeurige toets om de computer uit de slaapstand
te halen. Schoppen leidt niet tot activering.
B) Standaardwaarden
Standaardwaarden: Nadat de standaardwaarde is bereikt, klinkt
een signaaltoon en stopt de computer de training
C) Recovery
Druk aan het einde van de training op „HERSTEL“ en stop met
trappen. De computer meet uw pols gedurende 60 seconden.
Met een pulsverschil van ca. 20% krijg je de klasse F1 (zeer
goed).
D) Body Fat:
1. Druk in de STOP-modus op de BODY FAT-knop om de
lichaamsvetmeting te starten.
2. Computer herinnert de gebruiker eraan om GENDER LEEFTIJD,
HOOGTE, GEWICHT in te voeren en begint met meten.
3. Tijdens de meting moeten gebruikers beide handen aan de
handgrepen houden. Op het LCD-scherm verschijnt gedurende 8
seconden „Body Fat“ totdat de computer de meting heeft voltooid.
4. Het symbool voor het lichaamsvet en het percentage
lichaamsvet BMI wordt 30 seconden op het display weergegeven.
5. Foutmelding:
Het „= =“ „= =“ LCD-scherm betekent dat u de hendel niet goed
hanteert of de borstriem niet goed draagt.
E-1 - Er werd geen hartslagingangssignaal gedetecteerd.
E-4 - Treedt op wanneer FAT% lager is dan 5 of hoger is dan 50
en het BMI-resultaat lager is dan 5 of hoger is dan 50
5.2 Computer functions
RPM
Revolutions per minute.(15-200rpm).
SPEED
Display of speed in km/h, 0-99.9km/h, (theoretical assumed
value), which cannot be compared with the speed value of a
regular outdoor bike.
DISTANCE
Records the distance in 0.1 km increments (0 -99.9)
TIME
Recordsthetrainingtimeinseconds(00:00–99:59).
Calories
Shows the energy consumption, based on a efficiency of 22% to
providethemecahnicalpower.Rangefrom1-999Kcal.
HEARTRATE
Shows the actual heartrate, range from 30-240bpm.
WARNING: Systems with heartrate control can be
incorrect. To much exercise could injure your body or
can cause dead. If you feel light theaded or weak, stop
your exercise immediately!
WATT/LEVEL
Shows the resistance in 16 levels in the rpm-dependant exercise.
Additional the current Watt.
Remarks:
B) Setting values
Target values: After achieving the target values, there will be a
beep and the computer will stop counting.
C) Recovery
After you finished your exercise press RECOVERY and stop
pedalling. The computer will measure the heartrate for the next
60 seconds. If the difference between the starting and end
heartrate is around 20%, you will get the grade F1 (very good).
D) Body Fat:
1.In STOP mode, press the BODY FAT key to start body fat
measurement.
2.Console will remind to input user GENDER AGE, HEIGHT,
WEIGHT, then begin to measure.
3.During measuring, users have to hold both hands on the hand
grips. And the LCD will display „Body Fat“ for 8 seconds until
computer finish measuring.
4.LCD will display BODY FAT advice symbol, BODY FAT percentage
BMI for 30 seconds.
5.Error message:
The “= = ” “ = =” LCD displays means not hand the grip or wear
chest strap correctly.

A) Waking up the computer from the snooze mode
To reactivate the computer from the snoozemode, pressany
button, please. A pedalling has no function in this mode.

Pedaalomwentelingen per minuut (omwentelingen per minuut,

SPEED
Weergave van de snelheid in km / u (0-99,99 km / u). Het is een
theoretische acceptatiewaarde die niet kan worden vergeleken
met de waarde van een normale fiets.
DISTANCE
Registreert de afstand in stappen van 0,1 km (0 - 999,9)
TIME
Registreert de trainingstijd in stappen van seconden (00:00 -
99:59)
KCAL
Geeft het kilocalorie-verbruik aan met een efficiëntie van 22%
voor de toepassing van de mechanische prestaties. Weergave
van1-9990Kcal.
PULSE
Pulswaardeweergave: waardebereik van 40-199 slagen
per minuut. Het toont ook de berekende of gespecificeerde
pulswaarde.
WAARSCHUWING: Hartslagbewakingssystemen
kunnen onnauwkeurig zijn. Overmatig bewegen kan
leiden tot ernstige gezondheidsschade of de dood. Als
u zich duizelig / zwak voelt, stop dan onmiddellijk met
de training!
WATT/LEVEL
Toont de pedaalweerstand in 16 niveaus. Dit gebied toont ook
de watt.
