5.4 Training zonder gebruikersinstelling
Start uw oefening en alle waarden beginnen vanaf nul.
5.5 Training met gebruikersinstelling
Selecteer de gewenste waarden door op de MODE-knop
te drukken. De geactiveerde waarde zal knipperen. U kunt
de waardes wijzigen door op de SET-knop te drukken.
Door op de MODE-knop te drukken wordt de volgende
waarde geactiveerd.
Om een waarde te herstellen, drukt u gedurende een
korte tijd op de RESET-knop. Om alle ingestelde gegevens
te verwijderen, moet u de RESET-knop langer dan 2
seconden ingedrukt houden totdat u een pieptoon hoort.
LET OP: Als u meerdere waarden instelt, zal de
computer piepen als de eerste waarde „0“ is bereikt. Als
u uw ingestelde hartslag voorbij bent, piept de computer
om de 3 seconden.
5.5.1 Program Modus
Er zijn twaalf programma‘s beschikbaar. Selecteer de
PROGRAM modus, door op UP/DOWN te drukken.
Bevestig het met MODE. Nu bent u in staat om een van
de 12 profielen kiezen door nogmaals te drukken op de
knoppen UP/DOWN. Bevestig uw keuze door te drukken
op MODE. Wanneer u een trainingstijd wilt instellen,
drukt u nogmaals op UP/DOWN om een tijd te kiezen
tussen 1 en 99 minuten. Wanneer u geen trainingstijd
instelt, zal de tijd de duur van 0,1km zijn. Om uw oefe-
ning te beginnen druk op START/STOP
5.5.2 USER Modus
Er is de mogelijkheid om uw eigen profiel aan te maken.
Selecteert u de USER modus door op UP/DOWN te
drukken. Bevestig het met MODE. Nu bent u in staat
een weerstandsniveau (fpr) in te stellen door op de UP/
DOWN knop te drukken. Bevestig elke waarde met de
MODE knop. Door kort op de MODE knop te drukken
zullen de waarden opnieuw worden geactiveerd voor het
veranderen van de belasting of druk. Wanneer u er lan-
ger dan 3 seconden op drukt, zal er voor zorgen dat uw
profiel wordt opgeslagen en dat de tijd wordt getoond in
het venster. Indien u een trainingstijd wilt instellen tus-
sen de 1.99 minuten, doet u dat door op de UP/DOWN
knop te drukken. Om uw oefening te beginnen druk op
START/STOP.
5.4 Training without set values.
Start your exercise by pressing the START/STOP button
and all values count from zero.
5.5 Training with set values
Select the values you want to set by pressing the MODE-
button. The activated value is blinking. Pressing the UP
and DOWN-buttons will change the value, pressing the
MODE-button will activate the next value.
If you want to reset a value, press the RESET-button for
a short time and all set data will be deleted.
ATTENTION: If you set several values, the computer
will beep if the first value reach „0“. If you pass your set
heart rate, the computer will beep every 3 seconds.
5.5.1 Program Mode
There are twelve exersice programs available. By pres-
sing UP/DOWN, select the PROGRAM Mode. Confim
it by pressing MODE. Now you are able to choose one
of 12 profiles by pressing the UP and DOWN buttons.
Confirm your selection by pressing MODE. If you want
to set a exercise time, set this values by pressing the
UP and down buttons from 1-99min or leave it, than
all figures will count up. If you don´t put in the time, the
time for each bar is the duration for 0,1km. To start
your exercise press the START/STOP-button.
5.5.2 USER Mode
There is the option to create your own profile. By pres-
sing UP/DOWN, select the USER Mode. Confim it by
pressing MODE. Now you are able to set a resistance
level fpr each bar by pressing UP and DOWN. Confirm
each bar by pressing MODE. there are 20 bars, whcih
can be set. after you set the last bar, there are two
options. Pressing MODE shortly will reactivate the bars
for changing the load or press it longer than 3s will save
the profil and will activate the time window.If you want
to set a exercise time, set this values by pressing the
UP and down buttons from 1-99min or leave it, than all
figures will count up. To start your exercise press the
START/STOP-button.
